Laiyan electronic technology patents are self-development. Now has 16 domestic patents and at the same time in three applications of similar technology. Of Laiyan the key projects MTP has complete autonomy based on 0.18-micron process designed two products of 128 bytes and 8,000 bytes, the samples have been taken off the assembly line production line from SMIC (tape-out), and began physical and stress test. Laiyan according to each manufacturer's specifications, design and production of the corresponding product required by the customers.The 0.18-micron technology is the most stable embedded flash manufacturing process. I has been mastered, has launched the first batch of product samples for potential customers to test the process-based design technology.The 0.13-micron technology is more advanced flash memory manufacturing process. The core technical staff of the company has begun to develop products based on the technology, and the sample is expected to be launched at the end of 2012.Laiyan Electronics has applied for 16 national patents. PCT international patent application is preparing.
